According to At Ease, Radiohead are to release a pair of new tracks, recorded during the King Of Limbs sessions, next week. The songs in question, ‘The Daily Mail’ and ‘Staircase’, will be available from next Monday, December 19th. So far signs of them have cropped up through Amazon and new online streaming service Deezer.
Versions of the songs from the popular Oxford band’s From The Basement sessions are currently on YouTube – see below. ‘The Daily Mail’, while it does find Radiohead on less-subtle-than-usual track naming form, is a pretty, delicate piano-driven number, where ‘Staircase’ is a faster, more percussion-driven workout.
