5. Black Light Smoke‘Lovework (DJ T. Remix)’

Now some of these are going to be very un-Quietusy records but fuck that, eh? This next one is another Croatia tune, but it’s a boat party classic from a bit further on, I think 2012. I remember I found it the week before the gig and I just thought, ‘Oh my God, this has got ‘boat on the edge of the Adriatic’ written all over it.’ And it’s kind of on the right borderline between cheesy and massively uplifting, but also something slightly melancholic about it as well, which very much fits the A Love From Outer Space profile.
