Artists discuss the 13 records that shaped their lives

13. Auntie Flo‘Green City’

Now I wasn’t totally sure what I was going to do for the last track as what is probably my biggest track right now, ‘Le Carousel’ by Phil Kieran, isn’t out yet so there won’t be a YouTube link for it. But this one by Auntie Flo is just brilliant. It’s one of the best records of 2024 in fact. The full 15 minute 12” mix of it is thoroughly worth your time but playing it in a club is truly something else. I really like Auntie Flo as an artist. His music is always worth listening to. He had a couple of tracks on his album In My Dreams (I’m A Bird And I’m Free) last year that are absolute weapons but this one is my favourite.
