12. PrinceSign O’ The Times
For me, I love Prince lyrically. Obviously, he’s a musical genius, an innovator and he can play anything, but for me what resonates are his lyrical choices. They’re very unusual and powerful, with the illusion of simplicity. It’s not easy to write about sex, intimacy and joy, but he does it in a way that’s empowering, hot and honest. I like his poetry.
