Singer-songwriter Billy Bragg will release a box set containing some of his earliest albums next month.
Billy Bragg Volume 1 will be released on October 26 and will come with seven CDs and two DVDs as well as rare and previously unheard tracks.
Four albums will be included in the box set: Life’s a Riot with Spy Vs Spy; Brewing Up With Billy Bragg; Talking with the Taxman About Poetry; and The Internationale.
Each album comes packaged with extra tracks, while The Internationale comes with the bonus DVD Here & There featuring live performances from his shows in East Berlin and Lithuania.
There’s also an extra DVD called From the West Down to the East featuring the South Bank Show’s March 1985 profile of Billy Bragg together with film of his August 1986 concert in East Berlin.
