They are so English, very funny and quite political. I was introduced to them by my brother Charles, who I never would have thought would have introduced me to something like this. Another one I love from this album is called ‘Spider In The Bath’. I don’t know if you’ve ever listened to Flanders and Swann but, when I want to laugh, I go to them! ‘The Gnu Song’ is talking about the way people pronounce the word. I love wordplay!
