Dinosaur Jr. – You’re Living All Over Me

That’s a record I can just go back to. I can hum every guitar solo. Again, not great lyrics or anything, but when he gets into those guitar solos, you just sail away on them. They were my favourite band for four years, when I was at college. They’re my Grateful Dead. You’re sitting around, you’ve got time, you’re partying with your friends, you’re all on the couch, you’ve got your eyes closed and there’s these guitar solos that will lead you places. He had that lethargic delivery. I dunno… The unlikeliness. He did have long hair and all that, but he was sort of uncomfortable.
