After some back-and-forthing earlier today – the track appeared on YouTube and was posted on Ocean’s own site before being retracted due to a request from Odd Future, confusingly – Odd Future singer-in-residence Frank Ocean has made a new song available for your perusal. This time it’s streamable through MissInfo, and it’s rather a brief, stripped-back thing – click here to listen. It’s possible this is only a fragment of the track – it does fade away rather abruptly and unexpectedly just as it’s warming up.
‘White’ is taken from Odd Future’s upcoming OF Tape Vol. 2 album, which features contributions from all of the collective’s members, rather than keeping them all relegated to separate recordings. That’s due for release next week.
