Bell Orchestre, the side project featuring members of Montreal rockers Arcade Fire, will release a new album this year.
As Seen Through Windows will be the second release from the six-piece group who count Arcade Fire’s Sarah Neufeld and Richard Parry amongst their members, and will be released on October 5.
