Consistently brilliant long-running Chicago indie band The Sea And Cake are playing The Scala next Wednesday, March 6, and we’ve got a couple of tickets up for grabs.
We’re particularly big fans of last year’s Runner album, about which we said: "[It’s] ability to sew together the inclinations of identifiably disparate musical templates while (just about) retaining sonic coherence and resisting the temptation to ironise its influences makes Runner work.
