Portland, Oregon duo Soft Metals recently performed a live session for TV/web show Experimental Half Hour, which has now been made available to watch online. The pair – Ian Hicks and Patricia Hall – make woozily sexy electro-pop that simultaneously brings to mind classic science fiction soundtracks, Chris & Cosey and early Detroit techno. Here they play ‘Psychic Driving’ and ‘The Cold World Melts’.
