Tricky and Martina Topley-Bird will play live together for the first time in 15 years on Friday April 27 at London’s IndigO2, airing their classic 1995 debut Maxinquaye in its entirety as part of the music programme for the inaugural Sundance London film festival.
Said the man himself: "It’s an honour to play the first Sundance London. To me, Sundance is like the opportunity Island and Chris Blackwell gave me; a chance for an artist to make their art without compromise for commercial reasons."
