Rejoice as SoundCloud are finally making changes to their autoplay feature.
As FACT reports, the streaming service has added an algorithm to its track recommendation service which means that being subjected to music you don’t like should no longer be an issue. The new algorithm tracks what you have listened to and liked on Soundcloud, recommending tracks on that basis and has been added to a new tab called “Discover” which can be found in the homescreen.
The service will only work though if you use SoundCloud regularly and comes in the wake of the company adding a new paid subscription service to their platform called SoundCloud Go.
