This autumn, Simple Minds and Ultravox will take their early 80s synth pomp rock on a joint tour of the United Kingdom. Intriguingly, word reaches of us of a mix of a track from both bands – a collision of Simple Minds’ ‘The American’ and Ultravox’s ‘Dancing With Tears In My Eyes’ – created by an unknown dance producer.
