German metal big-hitters Rammstein have been announced as Sunday night headliners for next year’s Download Festival.
Iron Maiden have been confirmed as headliners for the Saturday night at the Donington Park festival.
It’s the first time for Rammstein at the festival, so they must be over the moon, right? Categorically no, actually: “It’s only a festival… not a moon landing” say the band about their appearance.
Tickets go on sale at 9am next Friday (September 28) at Download’s website http://www.downloadfestival.co.uk/ here.
