Written by Brother John Robb, righteous punk rock warrior and Quietus writer, the book journeys though three decades of Manchester’s unique musical heritage.
Taking us from the city’s early punk scene to the Madchester movement of the early 1990’s through to present day acts. The book contains interviews and contributions from the late Tony Wilson, Mark E Smith, Johnny Marr, Shaun Ryder, Morrissey and more…
The book launch will be held at Manchester’s Urbis venue on May 5th.
