As previously mooted on The Quietus and elsewhere, it has been announced that Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will be involved in no less than three All Tomorrow’s Parties events in Australia in 2009.
There’ll be a Camber/Minehead-style two day event at the rather lovely-looking Mt. Buller Ski Resort on January 9th and 10th, curated by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, who are also be playing the event along with Spiritualized, Fuck Buttons, Harmonia, Silver Apples and more.
Then there’s a series of one-night events followed by an all day event in Brisbane; this will also feature the Bad Seeds. Then there’s a big one day event at Sydney’s interesting-looking Cockatoo Island, where convicts once were incarcerated, thus keeping up the Camber Sands prison camp theme that ATP-goers know and love.
