Grizzly Bear are promoting the release of their new album by giving away a free song from Veckatimest for download.
‘Cheerleader’ is archetypal Grizzly Bear: patient, sullen and with drum patterns that seem taught by the ghosts of girl-groups, Chris Taylor and Christopher Bear’s voices reaching up in protest at instrumentation that refuses to be rushed.

Released on May 25th, Veckatimest is the band’s third studio full-length.
