Earlier this year, Damon Albarn and a group of other musicians, including Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Dan The Automator and Actress, went to the capital of the Democratic Republic Of Congo, Kinshasa, to record an album with local musicians. The resulting album Kinshasa One Two is released next week through Warp Records, and sales will raise money for local musicians and Oxfam’s humanitarian work in Congo.
