Kurt Vile has announced a pair of UK dates as well as two European shows for next February. It’s been a successful year for the prolific folk rocker – his album Smoke Ring For My Halo just nabbed the number three spot on Rough Trade’s Albums of the Year 2011 chart. He has just released Life’s A Beach, a 6-track EP featuring a cover of Sprinsteen’s Downbound Train and an appearance from Sonic Youth’s Steve Shelley on drums.
