On the 4th of July, Secret Cinema will be bringing their newly revamped film club showcasing mystery films to London, in association with ATP.
Secret Screenings is a new film club from the creators of Secret Cinema, and the idea is much the same. Buy tickets to see a mystery film in a mystery location, turn up and enjoy. This time round, ticket-holders have been asked to bring a vinyl or a cassette to give to a stranger, and promised unforgettable surprises on the night.
Intending to bring back "a sense of community, discovery and collective experience" to the cinema-goers at the former Picture Palace, Secret Screening tickets are still available from their website Discounted tickets are available for all South African and American residents, providing they can prove their nationality… does this give a hint as to the theme eh eh eh?
