As we previously reported, Malian duo Amadou & Mariam are set to release their new album Folia through Because Music on 2nd April. In advance of its release we’re pleased to be able to offer a stream of the video for album track ‘Wily Kataso’, which features distinctive guest vocals from Kyp Malone and Tunde Adebimpe of TV On The Radio. The video was directed in New York by Jennifer Delia, and is intended to be a modern day take on Stanley Kubrick’s party in Midnight Cowboy.
Amadou & Mariam also play live at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 13th April.
