13. Steve MasonGhosts Outside

When I listen back to this, I wonder why it wasn’t a hit! Certainly when Steve suggested the idea of the whole of his Boy Outside album getting a dub reworking the people at Domino had raised eyebrows. I loved Steve’s voice on the original album, so I just took everything away apart from his voice and some drum loops. I loved making this album and wanted to include it cos I think it’s a future hit in the making! For me, when I approach a remix job I come with no boundaries and that’s how I approached this, and how I approached Y In Dub.
