Artists discuss the 13 records that shaped their lives

13. Andy Shauf – The Party

Andy Shauf is actually a pop musician from Canada, the album came out in 2016. This is also the year that I got my first driver’s licence, ever [laughs]. I’ve been really enjoying listening to music while cruising and driving and not in the backseat or the passenger seat anymore [laughs]. There’s really a difference to it, right?! This album was perfect for me driving. It’s very neutral, the whole album, in terms of, like, a vibe, but every song is just really well written.
