Jake Meginsky is a friend of mine. He does solo music that I release on my label and we’ve been playing music for years, but he’s had this relationship with Milford that started with him as a student for 15 years. At first, he asked if he could just film him to get some of the lessons on tape, just to have them to sit with, but it really slowly grew into this thing. It’s a really beautiful documentary, if you get a chance to see it. – Bill Nace
