LISTEN: New Ariel Pink

As we previously reported, bedroom lo-fi luminary turned Haunted Graffiti bandleader Ariel Pink is set to release a new album on August 20th. The follow up to 2010’s excellent Before Today, it’s entitled Mature Themes, and promises, sound-wise, to be more similar to its predecessor than to Pink’s earlier, scuzzier music. Album track ‘Only In My Dreams’, which you can free download via the embed below, shows that off nicely – an airy pop song with Pink’s usual nods to AM radio yacht rock.
