As you’ll have noticed by now, we’re partial to the dark gothic pop of London four-piece Savages. So much so, in fact, that we put on a gig of theirs last night at the Shacklewell Arms, in conjunction with The Stool Pigeon. So after their debut single ‘Husbands’ got its premiere last week, we’re pleased to offer you a listen to its AA-side, ‘Flying To Berlin’, a taut and nervy post-punk thrash beset by the ominous whine of machinery.
