The Quietus is now very much looking forward to summer in London, and not just because today seems to hinting at the first breaths of spring. Yep, we’ve just been told the line-up for Field Day 2011, and it is a damn strong one, as you can see here: on the bill will be, whopping drum roll &c, Quietus Favourites including the reunited Electrelane, Factory Floor, Wild Beasts, The Horrors, Tortoise, Konono No.1, Omar Souleyman, Sun Ra Arkestra, John Cale, Ducktails, Mount Kimbie, Oneohtrix Point Never, and Gruff Rhys. Have a breath and then there’s also Ariel Pink, CocknBullKid, Actress, Ducktails, Hype Williams, Jamie Woon, Mark Kozelek, Matthew Dear, Mount Kimbie, Pearson, Roska, The Coral, Trophy Wife, Twin Shadow and Willy Mason.
