The highly influential Killing Joke will be releasing a new album, entitled Absolute Dissent, on 27 September via Spinefarm Records in the UK.
The album – the first in 28 years to involve all of the band’s original personnel – will be released on a number of formats; including a deluxe 2CD package, featuring a bonus disc of Killing Joke cover versions from bands such as Metallica and Helmet.
Prior to the album, the single ‘European Super State’ will be released on 6 September, and will feature bonus material.
The band also have a couple of UK shows lined up for October, details as follows:
15 October – Picture House, Edinburgh
16 October – Hammersmith Apollo, London
