The next release from fabric’s in-house Houndstooth label will see Serbian synthesist Abul Mogard share a collection of remixes and reworks he’s done for other artists.
Titled And We Are Passing Through Silently, the record is Mogard’s first collection of remixes, and takes in his slant on tracks by Aïsha Devi (released originally through Houndstooth also), Penelope Trappes, nick nicely, Fovea Hex and Becoming Animal.
The latter of those remixes, of Becoming Animal’s ‘The Sky Is Ever Falling’, premieres above, seeing Mogard reframe the original’s vocals in the context of his gorgeous synth experiments.
