The Quietus was checking our mySpace when we saw a bulletin from the mighty Artery pointing wanderers of the internet in the direction of a YouSendIt page hosting an MP3 by Jarvis Cocker wherein he talks about growing up in Sheffield, why a lot of his ideas of what adult life would be like came from watching The Sweeney, John Peel, and the moment he realised he’d not end up living in space. The programme was originally broadcast on BBC Radio 2.
