At the end of this month, ace London promoters Baba Yaga’s Hut will be putting on the Raw Power Weekender, a mighty, mighty behemoth of a three-dayer. Running from August 29-31 at The Dome and The Boston Arms in Tufnell Park, the festival takes in a line-up of such blazing psychedelic iridescence we can barely look, though a quick glance reveals that Teeth Of The Sea, Acid Mothers Temple, Bo Ningen, Hey Colossus, Bad Guys, The Oscillation, Terminal Cheesecake, Clinic, That Fucking Tank, Girl Band, Flamingods, Xaviers, Shopping, Gum Takes Tooth and Henry Blacker are just a few of those on the bill. If that wasn’t enough, then BYH’s Anthony Chalmers has put together a YouTube playlist of prime tracks from appearing acts – have a listen at the foot of the piece.
